AI has already changed law practice. Get on the right side of it.
Your opposing party filed something last month that a chatbot wrote. So did the self-represented litigant ahead of you in the queue. That is happening either way. The only open question is whether a lawyer reads these documents before they get filed.
You are that lawyer, and you get paid properly for it.
We take nothing
Not a percentage, not a placement fee, not a subscription. You set your rate, the client pays it, you keep all of it. That is also what keeps this clear of Rule 5.4.
The work arrives prepared
Research done, record assembled, first draft written. No intake call, no acquisition cost, no collections risk, no file to open.
You cannot overcommit
You set a weekly capacity and we stop routing work when you hit it. Rule 1.1 has no volume exception, so the control is built in rather than promised.
Limited scope, in writing
Every task runs on its own engagement letter naming exactly what is covered. Nobody argues you into a duty for the whole matter.
These are the suggested bands we publish so neither side has to guess at the market. Your profile sets your own.
We do not want a rubber stamp
Review time and change-request rates are recorded. Attorneys who approve everything get audited, then unrouted. Your right to refuse to sign is the entire value of the role, and this platform is built to protect it rather than to pressure you out of it.

What you would actually earn
Computed from the suggested rates, not asserted. Change the assumptions and the numbers move.
Assumes 50 minutes per review and 2.5 hours per appearance including travel. Our cut of all of it is zero.
The three questions every attorney asks
Is this fee splitting?
No, and the structure is built around not being. We never take a percentage of a legal fee, we never take a placement fee, and we never take payment from you at all. Our revenue is the client's subscription for the software. That is the distinction that Avvo Legal Services failed and the reason it shut down.
Am I ghostwriting?
No. You review, correct and sign. Your name is on the document as counsel for that task, disclosed to the court, under a limited-scope engagement letter the client also holds. Undisclosed ghostwriting is the thing this product is built to replace.
What is my exposure?
You are counsel for the tasks inside the engagement letter and nothing else. We require malpractice coverage before your first signed document, we keep an immutable record of what you were sent and what you returned, and the scope is visible to the client in their own interface so it cannot later be argued to have been broader.
